The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PVALB Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PVALB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, PCPG, and BLCA are the cancer types where PVALB Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
