Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PVALB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,097 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PVALB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DTNA, MAP1A_S2022, and DDX52. Each is linked with PVALB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PVALB-to-partner and partner-to-PVALB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PVALB versus DTNA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PVALB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PVALB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
