Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PUSL1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PUSL1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PUSL1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PUSL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where PUSL1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
