Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PUSL1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PUSL1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PUSL1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PUSL1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where PUSL1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
