PUSL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,813 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, CDK1, and HAT1. Each is linked with PUSL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUSL1-to-partner and partner-to-PUSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUSL1 versus NUDC in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
