Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNNI1, WDCP, and ACAP3. Each is linked with PUSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUSL1-to-partner and partner-to-PUSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUSL1 versus TNNI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
