Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,440 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUSL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pseudouridine synthesis, rRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and Regulation of DNA stability. Each is linked with PUSL1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUSL1-to-partner and partner-to-PUSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pseudouridine synthesis grouped by PUSL1-low versus PUSL1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
