Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PUS7L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PUS7L data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PUS7L Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PUS7L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BRCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where PUS7L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
