Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PUS7L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PUS7L data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher PUS7L mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PUS7L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

GBM, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where PUS7L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
