PUS7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,264 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3B, POLD2, and TBRG4. Each is linked with PUS7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS7 versus EIF3B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
