PUS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,493 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOOP2, CCL4, and HMGN1P32. Each is linked with PUS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOOP2 grouped by PUS7-low versus PUS7-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
