Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,464 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, DNA-templated transcription termination, and Mitochondrial RNA metabolic process. Each is linked with PUS7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7 results are reported.
