PUS10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,992 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEX13, OTUD4, and MANEA. Each is linked with PUS10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS10-to-partner and partner-to-PUS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS10 versus PEX13 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
