Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,751 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICU1, STEAP3, and NIP7. Each is linked with PUS10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS10-to-partner and partner-to-PUS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS10 versus MICU1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
