Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,955 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGLJ4, CRYBB2P1, and AP1B1. Each is linked with PUS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS10-to-partner and partner-to-PUS10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGLJ4 grouped by PUS10-low versus PUS10-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
