Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, Rab25, and C-Raf. Each is linked with PUS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS10-to-partner and partner-to-PUS10 results are reported.
