Across TCGA patient cohorts, PURG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,409 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PURG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYH10, CTIF, and FERMT2. Each is linked with PURG in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURG-to-partner and partner-to-PURG results are reported.
