Across TCGA patient cohorts, PURG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PURG-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Di-Ras3, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PURG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURG-to-partner and partner-to-PURG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PURG-low versus PURG-high in UCEC.
