Across TCGA cell cohorts, PURB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,661 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PURB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with PURB in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURB-to-partner and partner-to-PURB results are reported.
