Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PURB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PURB-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49D1, SMIM28, and MOG. Each is linked with PURB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURB-to-partner and partner-to-PURB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM49D1 grouped by PURB-low versus PURB-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PURB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PURB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
