Across TCGA cell cohorts, PURB mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,798 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PURB-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIA4, RASA2, and GAN. Each is linked with PURB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURB-to-partner and partner-to-PURB results are reported.
