PUM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,172 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WRNIP1, KDM1A, and DFFA. Each is linked with PUM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM1-to-partner and partner-to-PUM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUM1 versus WRNIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
