PUM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBBP8, AAGAB, and CRTAM. Each is linked with PUM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUM1-to-partner and partner-to-PUM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBBP8 grouped by PUM1-low versus PUM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
