Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PUF60 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PUF60 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PUF60 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PUF60 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and COAD show a favorable association.

CCRCC, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where PUF60 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
