PUF60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUF60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,031 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUF60-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, C8orf33, and AGO2. Each is linked with PUF60 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUF60-to-partner and partner-to-PUF60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUF60 versus SCRIB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUF60→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUF60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
