Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUF60 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,860 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUF60-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD21, MTBP, and CYHR1. Each is linked with PUF60 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUF60-to-partner and partner-to-PUF60 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUF60 versus RAD21 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.18.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUF60→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUF60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
