PUF60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUF60 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 474 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUF60-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4766, TRAJ57, and RNA5SP492. Each is linked with PUF60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUF60-to-partner and partner-to-PUF60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4766 grouped by PUF60-low versus PUF60-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUF60→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUF60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
