PUF60

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUF60 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUF60-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PUF60 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUF60-to-partner and partner-to-PUF60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 grouped by PUF60-low versus PUF60-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUF60→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUF60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
