Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUDPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,489 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUDPP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to light stimulus, Lateral ventricle development, and Protein localization to chromosome. Each is linked with PUDPP2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUDPP2-to-partner and partner-to-PUDPP2 results are reported.
