PUDP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUDP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,683 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUDP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYAP1, DDX3X, and DDX3Y. Each is linked with PUDP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUDP-to-partner and partner-to-PUDP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUDP versus SYAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUDP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUDP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
