Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUDP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,687 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUDP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARSD, PNPLA4, and KDM6A. Each is linked with PUDP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUDP-to-partner and partner-to-PUDP results are reported.
