Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,100 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTX4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, Obsolete histone modification, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening. Each is linked with PTX4 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX4-to-partner and partner-to-PTX4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway grouped by PTX4-low versus PTX4-high in STAD.
