PTX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 283 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALP, F11, and TSPY4. Each is linked with PTX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTX4-to-partner and partner-to-PTX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALP grouped by PTX4-low versus PTX4-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
