PTTG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTTG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,093 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTTG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBC1D1, ARHGDIB, and TBC1D1_S237. Each is linked with PTTG2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG2-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTTG2 versus TBC1D1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
