Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTTG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTTG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT18P14, BMS1P12, and KLF2P4. Each is linked with PTTG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTTG2-to-partner and partner-to-PTTG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P14 grouped by PTTG2-low versus PTTG2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTTG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTTG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
