PTS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,307 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTS_S19, RNF214, and SASH3. Each is linked with PTS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTS-to-partner and partner-to-PTS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTS versus PTS_S19 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
