Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTS-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5194, ATP5MGP6, and RNU6-1312P. Each is linked with PTS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTS-to-partner and partner-to-PTS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5194 grouped by PTS-low versus PTS-high in UCEC.
