Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,092 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome segregation, Spindle checkpoint signaling, and Negative regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with PTS in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTS-to-partner and partner-to-PTS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of chromosome segregation grouped by PTS-low versus PTS-high in KIDNEY.
