PTPRT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,195 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, MAP1A, and APPL1. Each is linked with PTPRT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRT-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
