PTPRT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,376 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFF2, PRODH, and SOX10. Each is linked with PTPRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRT-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
