Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,772 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NID2, PLOD2, and DNM1. Each is linked with PTPRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRN versus NID2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
