The most reproducible PTPRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol, and Collagen biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PTPRN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRN-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRN results are reported.
