PTPRM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,750 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL3A1, TLN2, and NAA50. Each is linked with PTPRM in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRM-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRM versus COL3A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
