Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,725 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HINT3, VTA1, and HEBP2. Each is linked with PTPRK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRK-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRK versus HINT3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
