Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,093 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRK-AS1, FRK, and HEBP2. Each is linked with PTPRK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRK-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRK results are reported.
