Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,213 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAP30, MTCO2P25, and SKA1. Each is linked with PTPRK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRK-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAP30 grouped by PTPRK-low versus PTPRK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
