Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PTPRK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 905 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PTPRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf72, HTD2, and BCLAF1. Each is linked with PTPRK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRK-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf72 grouped by PTPRK-low versus PTPRK-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
