PTPRJ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,545 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRJ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPK1, ARHGAP4, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with PTPRJ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRJ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PTPRJ versus TPK1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PTPRJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PTPRJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
