Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,651 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCP2, BCL2A1, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with PTPRJ in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRJ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRJ results are reported.
