Across TCGA patient cohorts, PTPRJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PTPRJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL3, RBM18, and ATP1B2. Each is linked with PTPRJ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PTPRJ-to-partner and partner-to-PTPRJ results are reported.
